Dr. Parham Porouhan (Ph.D.) is a post-doctoral research associate, full-time lecturer, data scientist, process improvement consultant and expert process analyst in the field of "Information Technology in Business". His areas of interest and expertise include but not limited to: Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Advanced Data Mining, Process Mining, Process Modeling, Process Simulation, Business Process Management Techniques and Business Processes, Business Process Intelligence, Business Activity Monitoring, Business Operations Management, Workflow Management Systems, Information Systems and Application Development, Management Information Systems, Collaborative Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning, Learning Analytics, Educational Communications and Technology, etc.
In 2015, he successfully completed with distinction the "Eindhoven University of Technology" (also known as Technische Universiteit Eindhoven) online offering of “Process Mining: Data Science in Action” —which aimed to provide data science knowledge that can be applied directly to analyze and improve processes in a variety of domains— under supervision of Professor. Dr. Wil Van Der Aalst from Department of Mathematics and Computer Science in The Netherlands.
Moreover, he has successfully equipped himself with excellent knowledge and skills regarding the "Systems and Software Architecture Design" in School of Mathematics and Systems Engineering at "Växjö Universitet" (currently known as Linnaeus University) in Sweden.
